An effective workout aims at maintaining the strengths and improving the weaknesses. We want to be able to move around in our daily world, with the comfort and confidence that our body will be healthy and strong until our old age.

 

All workouts are interval training for a full body workout with the most burning calories ... from a combination of strength, endurance, cardiovascular, flexibility - upper body, lower body, and core.

 

Workout sessions are for one hour, 3-4 days a week. The true transformation of the body comes with consistent workouts and good nutrition ... and a lifestyle of physical activity everyday.

Personal Training

With the individualized attention during a personal training workout, you receive instruction just for you and only you! Sometimes it is nice to have that one-on-one time, just like having the one-on-one time with a teacher or a parent.

Group Outdoor Training

 

Group Training is enjoyable because there are others who are doing what you are doing to get fit and healthy. The friendships that come out of group training are priceless! Each person still receives individual attention, and you all are having fun working out together.

Nutrition and Fat Loss Plans

 

 

It is possible to enjoy what we eat, while losing fat and losing weight. Healthy well-balanced eating and nutrition is the way. And, it is very possible to enjoy desserts or pastries, but in moderation (amount and frequency).

Special Events and Outings

 

 

This is a journey of fitness and health, and also seeing and enjoying the world around us from a new perspective. As a GetFit101BootCamp team, we will be attending various fitness events - such as 5K's and mud runs. Also, we will be having various culinary & cuisine outings centered around food and nutrition - such as visiting a local eatery, restaurant, etc - where we will enjoy various foods and know how to order food that tastes good and is nutritious. And as a culminating experience, we will have a group vacation trip to a selected destination of choice.
